My life as a slacker...

"Three of them were employed through the night just to load new tapes into the machines every couple of hours. It was easy money, until the company decided to replace them with a robotic arm."

"The robotic arm would sometimes break down though, so they had to keep one of them as backup. Then they realised they needed two people as backup to comply with health and safety regulations. Then they realised if one of the backup people was off sick, they'd need another backup person as backup - all three of them ended up staying. They'd have roller-blading competitions while the robotic arm did their jobs for them."

That describes my job near perfectly :) Only, we don't get to go roller-blading, just web surfing :(
